Phillip's (and Erik's) Personal Life

This is roughly what I would look like were I a South Park character:

I'm a San Francisco Bay Area native and I grew up on the peninsula between the City and San Jose. Other than a few years in Austin, Texas - and a few months in Reno, Nevada - working as a stage technician - I've lived on the peninsula all my life. The place has changed a lot, some for better, some for worse. I still love it here.

I've lived in Redwood Shores with my life-partner Erik Oliver for nearly nine years as we go into January 2007, and he's the best thing that has ever happened to me. We share our home with a cat named Justin and a miniature Schnauzer named Max. Our cats, Daisy and Shuuki, have left us, (sadly.)

I've been a stage technician for theaters, casinos and universities. I've done IT support for a large law firm in San Francisco. I've been an office administrator for a law firm and a small newsletter. I've also been a freelance journalist.

As of this writing, my final copy editor has the manuscript for book one, (December 2006.) I'm still on track for a 2007 release. I've written over 450 pages of the second book in the trilogy that honestly leans more towards fantasy than future fiction. I've been researching, writing the editing the trilogy for close to nine years.

I keep an online web log at Blogspot.

Between staying fit and writing I occasionally get the chance to play my Roland digital drum set. I plug my iPod into the drum CPU and play along with whatever songs I choose.

My Photo Galleries are coming back online!. I'm currently archiving and editing a huge batch of photographs.

Send me an email.
